Romantic Mansion Wedding: Evan + Katie

Today’s post is from photographer Tina Dean. She and her husband, Richard, are the team behind Surrey Lane wedding photography. She shares her photos from a romantic mansion wedding in Surrey, just outside of London. ~Bobette

The event was held at Nonsuch Mansion, a Georgian-style venue set in stunning parkland. It provided the perfect backdrop for the lovely couple, Evan and Katie’s, outdoor photos. The weather was ideal for this early Autumn wedding—not too hot or cold. There were wonderfully romantic pictures to be had along the Rose Walk, which is always great, even when there are no flowers in bloom.

Katie wore her gemstone engagement ring (sapphire?) with a complementary, but different style, wedding band. Notice how both have split shanks, making for a beautiful, mismatched wedding set? | Photo: Surrey Lane wedding photography, London

The natural light of the Tulip Room was perfect for the marriage ceremony. Evan looked the part as the handsome groom in blue. Katie looked stunning in her beautiful dress combined with an eye catching fascinator by Bee Smith Designs of Kingston.

Brothers and sisters all played a prominent part in the wedding. When I left them after the speeches, it looked as if the dinner and later celebrations would be lively and fun.
